Fort Lauderdale Airport
Project
Zager Global recently completed the sidewalk canopies at the Fort Lauderdale airport; this project provides guests and travelers protection from weather related events. They were built on the upper level sidewalk between the terminals. At night, they provide additional lighting for the sidewalk and at the curb for dropping off passengers safely.
Scope of Work:
Removing the old canopy supports between Terminals 1 & 2, Terminals 2 & 3, and Terminals 3 & 4.
Building new fabricated steel structures in the same areas.
Building a 150 foot extension on the roof of Terminal 1.
